Santa Monica Pier insanity! It was 91ยบ at the beach which is rare. I think all of Los Angeles was there to cool off and it was the first real hot day we’ve had this year. I used to live in one of those funky beach front homes just north of the pier and I don’t remember it ever being that busy there.
Jumi and Chris were great. Such a nice couple and easy going. Despite the craziness, I was able to find a few places of solitude and make it look like we had the place to ourselves.
